The Phoenix Police Department shoot homeowner Tony Arambula in the back and in the arm.
On the night of the shooting, Arambula and his wife made 911 call, reporting that they was holding the intruder at gunpoint.
When officers arrived Tony Arambula was immediately shot in the back by Police officer Lilly. When he fell, he was shot at three more times and hit once in the arm.
Police officer Lilly admitted to firing without warning.
